The Syracuse Builders Exchange (SBE) is pleased to announce the past Craftsmanship Awards has been rebranded and redesigned as the Builders Exchange Awards, recognizing exceptional skill, quality, and dedication demonstrated by professionals throughout the central New York construction industry. These awards celebrate the individuals and employers whose superior workmanship exemplifies the highest standards of construction excellence.
Nominations are now open for Construction Person of the Year, Project of the Year, and exceptional craftsmen and craftswomen who have made a significant impact through precision, innovation, and commitment to quality. The categories below will include various trades and specialties, showcasing the diversity and talent within the construction industry’s workforce.
The Builders Exchange Awards Committee, Chaired by Murnane Building Contractors Michael Cowden, encourage all members to participate by nominating deserving candidates and helping SBE honor the incredible men and women that defines our industry.
The Builders Exchange Awards will be held April 16, 2026, at Coppertop’s Event House in Fairmount. There, the Builders Exchange will honor exceptional people in the following categories:
